Refund policy

All sales are final.

Please ensure that you enter a complete shipping address and apartment number if applicable before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages returned due to insufficient address. The package will not be returned to us but rather returned to a general delivery address far out of our control. Note: General delivery is used for the safety of the artist.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

If approved due to lost or damaged items, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
